As The Invisible Chef, I am your personal chef providing a variety of affordable menus to help you with your dining and entertaining needs. From healthy, well balanced, ready-made meals to private catering for parties and special events, I will provide a custom solution based on your needs. Using fresh vegetables from my organic garden, the best quality seafood, locally sourced free-range meats and organic produce whenever possible, I will create customized menus based on your specific tastes and dietary requirements.

Do you have the desire to eat healthier, more balanced meals, but lack the skills or free time to do so? Let Chef Kelly meet with you, learn your long term goals, lifestyle and dietary preferences. From there she will design a custom evolving meal plan for you and everyone in your family.
Chef Kelly will consider all aspects of you and your families lifestyles, from work schedules to soccer practices, and from fitness levels to food sensitivities.

Originally from Northern New Jersey, I grew up in a home full of good cooks, where slow food was the rule. The proximity to NYC allowed me to gain a deep appreciation for ethnic foods. In 1995, I bought a small farm in Floyd County, Virginia. I got serious about organic gardening and high quality food and became connected with many local farmers and foragers. For years I baked treats and desserts for local restaurants and shops. In 1998 Invisible Chef was born from that love of food and has been going strong for over 20 years.
